Ricardo Montalbán
Actor estadounidense
Nació el 25 de noviembre de 1920 en México.
Educado en los Estados Unidos, trabajó en el teatro en Broadway antes de llegar a actuar en algunas películas mexicanas y, más tarde, en Hollywood, donde interpretó papeles de galán latino.
Fue un jefe indio en Más allá del Missouri (W. Wellman 1951).
Entre sus películas destacan: Fiesta brava (Fiesta, R. Thorpe, 1947); La hija de Neptuno (E. Buzzell, 1949); Border Incident (Anthony Mann, 1949); El signo del renegado (H. Fregonese, 1951); Sombrero (N. Foster, 1953); Mi amor brasileño (Latin Lovers, Mervyn LeRoy, 1953); El gran combate (John Ford, 1964), Noches en la ciudad (Bob Fosse, 1969) La rebelión de los simios (J. Lee Thompson 1972).
Ricardo Montalbán falleció el 15 de enero de 2009 a los 88 años de edad en su casa de Los Angeles por complicaciones de salud debido a su edad.
